Community guidelines
These rules apply to every channel in the community. Breaking them may result in warnings or account restrictions.
-
Be respectful and inclusive
Treat every member with dignity. No harassment, hate speech, bullying, or personal attacks. Disagreements are fine — disrespect is not.
-
Stay on topic
This community is for front-end development — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related tools. Off-topic posts may be moved or removed.
-
No spam or self-promotion
Don't post links to your products, services, or affiliate content unless it's directly relevant to the discussion. No link dumps.
-
Search before posting
Check if your question has already been answered before creating a new thread. Duplicate posts clutter the feed for everyone.
-
Post in the right category
Each channel has a purpose. HTML Help is for markup questions. Project Feedback is for reviewing code. Showcase is for sharing your work.
-
Write clear, helpful posts
Use descriptive titles, format your code, and explain what you've already tried. This helps others help you faster.
-
No soliciting or recruiting
Do not use the community to recruit for jobs, gigs, or projects. No DMs promoting services to other members.
-
Respect privacy
Do not share personal information about yourself or others. Report concerns to moderators instead of engaging publicly.
